I’m going with Billy. He is expected to make the Super Regional. If he does not he is a failure in most fans eyes. ECU has high hopes for our baseball team.

Ricky, well no one expects anything winning out of the basketball program due to our past.

Skip has some pressure, but anything more than two wins in a season will be a success, and he is still in his “grace period

I'll 2nd that on Godwin. Skip and Ricky will both get two years before the heat comes since they both took over programs that weren't in particularly good shape. Godwin is getting a team that could make a run to the CWS, and the expectations are right in line with that. He's got a tough job, but I'm confident he can do it. :D

I must admit that I don't know anything about Godwin. Does he have what it takes to be an elite Division 1 Baseball Coach?

I think that very same question is why he's under the most "pressure." Holtz has coached a I-AA program before; Stokes ran Virginia Tech's basketball program for a handful of years. I like Godwin's track record, but this is a higher level of play than he's coached before, so it should be interesting.

I think overall Coach Holtz has more pressure on him because ECU has and will be a Football School first. As for right now I agree that Coach Godwin has the most pressure on him. He is taking over a program that went to the NCAA tournament and has a lot of talent returning and one of our best classes coming in. His pressure will be to maintain the excellence that is ECU baseball.
Coach Holtz was cut some major slack because of the last two years and Coach Stokes will be seen as a miracle worker if he can get ECU to the NIT in the next 2-3yrs.
