Honestly---Ive been waiting for this. The crap-show over at CNN has gone too far over the last 6 years. Ussually---the hard part of a case like this is proving malice----that's not the situation here. The on air commentary that has been made on the joke of a network of the last 6 years is a case study in malicious over the top 24-7 defamation (and thats before Truimps lawyers get to look at the emails that were flying back and forth inside of CNN).

It's going to settle. He's going to get paid. Liberals will cry tears. The rest of the world won't give 2 sh!ts.

Of course it will settle. CNN is going to have produce documents and Trump’s attorneys will be scheduling CNN executives depositions. CNN is probably already working towards scheduling a mediation.

From a strategic standpoint even if CNN ponies up a couple million it is a victory for Trump.
