Great halftime adjustments
From my 30,000 feet view, it looks like some coaching going on at the half !

RE: Great halftime adjustments
We for sure won the turnover and penalty battle. Only 1 penalty and 1 turnover ? And that turnover was really silly. Why is our backup QB dropping back to pass up 24-3 with 3 min left ?

The 2nd half Tigers are the Tigers we need for a full 60 minutes next week

The 2nd half team was amazing!

Didn't I mention Asa Martin was one of my two "Players to Watch" a few weeks ago? he has already exceeded my expectations. I also remember choosing Chris Claybrooks recently, too, and he was an NFL pick. 02-13-banana04-bow04-cheers

RE: Great halftime adjustments
We did seem to play through the dropped passes better in 2nd half & started using middle of field more in passing game.

Seth running for his life 17 times though is still something that needs fixing. Which to me seemed a result of there only being 2-3 receivers in routes most plays.

I also feel like our 2 TE package has not been as productive as our more spread package the past 2 weeks……..but maybe we have chosen those opponents to dedicate game time to working on it.

In the second half we saw more of the spread package.

I don’t know it mattered who had the touches ducker, Thomas or Martin bc temple looked gassed or the line did their assignment.

RE: Great halftime adjustments
Biggest adjustment heading forward will hopefully getting two starters on the Oline back playing

Not deep enough at that position and it showed, although eventually because the defense played so well the Temple line got worn down

Great halftime adjustments
No doubt some positive adjustments at half. RS said as much post game.

Concerns remain around OL, tackling, separation, play calling. Hope we pull it all together for Fri night. I hope to be in attendance.

All in all yesterday was a splendid day for football.

As i recall it was 17-3 when the pass attempt was made. That Temple player would have taken it to the house if we would have held on. I know there a penalty that would have negated it. but passing during that time of the game with a 17-3 lead is ill advised.

RE: Great halftime adjustments
The best adjustment was getting their qb to throw the ball to our CBs.

Martin makes the first guy Miss better than Thomas imo

On a side note I saw some zone blitz on defense which was good
