Oddsmakers have this one very close. The Charlotte passing game is scary with QB 1. The 49'ers defense has struggled mightily so far but they've had a tough schedule.

UTEP's defense is playing well except when the offense turns the ball over multiple times in a game. The offense has been smelly until the Boise St game where the O-Line dominated the Broncos D.
