Copy the video url. Click on the TV icon on the far right of the bar at the top of your post window. Click on YouTube in the drop down menu and paste the url there.

The following is a You Tube clip of the MRD's playing Hot Hot Hot at the 2008 App State game. At the 1:00 minute mark of the video in the bottom center of the screen the young sorta blonde with the pony tail is my older daughter who was a Jr at JMU at the time and in her 3rd year with the MRD's. One of my favorite MRD videos as a result!!
