I was looking at SBC spreads and this one just didn't make sense to me. UAB -12. UAB just lost to Liberty and Georgia Southern just beat Nebraska. Does GS have injuries?

GS/UAB won't be unwatchable. Stadium is over the air and on cable in a lot of markets. If it's not in your area you can watch it on the Stadium app on Fire and Roku.

It's also on YouTube TV if you have the sports tier add on. I have that for NFL Redzone.


The USA/UCLA game, well yeah that's pretty unwatchable for most. I'd try a Sling TV free trial.

A WR, possibly a TE. Not enough to warrant that big of a spread. Not sure how spreads are calculated but on this side of the fence, I see what appears to be an upward trend that isn't measured by statistics. We aren't yesterday's GS. Sounds like possible easy money for those wanting to bet those spreads.

I'm not worried about motivation here. I'm hoping we can take the Nebraska win at face value (embattled coach who might've skimped on prep for us for Oklahoma) and we do okay being on the road two weeks in a row. In my experience as a fan things usually aren't quite as good or as bad as they appear early in the season and that also counts for UAB's unimpressive performance against Liberty.

UAB's defense reminds me of our defense 2019-2021 (less so 2021) so I'm hopeful we can give what we've gotten from passing schemes.

I didn't know that. Thanks for the info. I annoyed my wife with all the SBC game watching last weekend and am ready to do it again this weekend.
