Damn, you just hate to see such an elite and consistent championship contender like Virginia Tech be the one out of 46. Just couldn't happen to a better fanbase ya know?

VT is an ok G5, I think VT can make .500 most seasons playing a G5 schedule

The most shocking was Boise and San Diego State losing to Oregon State and Arizona by double digits. Maybe the MWC takes a step back this season.

Still smarting after that App St loss. They had it won. Would have been amazing to have two P5 scalps in week 1 both in the SB.

In real time I felt like Brice lofted it just the right amount to avoid any possibility of getting batted or tipped and the incompletion was on Davis for stopping and turning around... But I was kinda rushing around doing stuff and getting ready to leave during the last 5 minutes or so of the game. Now that I go back and rewatch, yeah damn. Brice really should've just waited another half second to let Davis turn around and see the ball the whole way.

Appalachian St had the worst loss for the SBC this week. They were the better team. Davis quit on the route, had he gotten some depth and kept running the throw was fine. Brice could have absolutely thrown a better pass. Waiting a half second he could have made a better throw. That’s true as well.

But the boys on the mountain were 2-3 TDs better than UNC. They just failed to execute in the 2nd and 3rd quarters. So frustrating.

They are doing just great right where they are ... let them stay stuck in mediocrity for the next 50 years. With luck they will post 7 and 5 seasons forever and never sniff the cfp.

JMU gets a crack at UVA next year.
Get more of these wins and SBC > ACC.
Will take some work, but not impossible now.
