I throw my hands up in the air sometimes
Saying, "Ayo, Todd Centeio”
I wanna celebrate and live my life
Saying, "Ayo, baby, Todd Centeio”
(Just recently watched the Manti Teo Netflix documentary it was really well done, but the ND fans used to sing that song to “Ayo, Manti Teo”
This is a great idea for a chant, co-signed.
That's because the song was released in 2010 while Manti Teo was playing at ND. Current JMU freshmen were 6 years old when that song was released, and I assume the vast majority have never even heard it. It didn't exactly leave a lasting cultural impact. Even if they've heard it, it has no cultural relevance for them. The chant feels a bit like a dated retread.
Love the enthusiasm for TC, don't love the chant.
I would surmise most know that song, but I get your point. Crossing fingers we can get some cultural relevance, maybe we should just play WAP.
