I'll predict a modest start. We'll want to get lots of game experience for young players and have a firm idea of what holes might exist past next year with graduations. Wins this year are great for confidence and some momentum, but I would trade an extra win or two this year for an extra win in 2023 - 2025.

You could look at it how you are and I hope you are correct. I think my take as Negative Nancy Newbill is that we have relied on solid FBS transfers to a certain extent in the past few seasons and it doesn't appear we are going to get that bump this year. I see that as we aren't getting any better by transfer but our competition is going to be much better than last year. I'd love to be wrong.
