Holy moly! I don't know what was in the water in the Sun Belt this week, but there's a whooooole lotta red on the pick spreadsheet. Six of our games this week had more players get the result wrong than got it right. Just goes to show...anything can happen! Special shout-out this week to Blue_Trombone, who was the only player in the entire contest to call Louisiana's win over Marshall.

Biggest Rise this week belongs to Blue_Trombone, who had an excellent week and jumped up 13 spots in the standings from 36th to 23rd place. Biggest Fall this week belongs to KickItToScotty, who fell 20 spots from 7th place to 27th after failing to submit any picks.

And...WATCH OUT! We've got a new leader at the top of the leaderboard! It's hard to stay on top of the mountain for long, so don't feel bad, Bridgeforthduke.

The Curse of the Letdown strikes again!



After a huge win over Coastal last week, ODU suffered a major letdown against Georgia Southern. And, although they lost last week, JMU suffered what had to feel like a letdown against Marshall, in a game I'm sure the Dukes were hoping to win to get their season back on track. Lastly, South Alabama, who had been somewhat quietly having a pretty good season so far, got held to just two FGs in a loss to Troy. These three games alone screwed up most everyone's week in the Pick 'Em, as the majority of players chose the losing team in these contests. So I imagine y'all are feeling pretty let down as well!

Biggest Rise this week belongs to Uncle Jessie, who jumped up 8 spots in the standings from 27th to 19th place. Biggest Fall this week belongs to Goodsn4, who fell 10 spots from 18th place to 28th.

And, for the second week in a row, we've got a new leader at the top of the leaderboard! Everyone's favorite injury-prone Coastal fan, bodoyle, leaps over a few people to get to the top spot in this week's standings. Try not to sprain anything while you're up there, bodoyle!

Not much to say about this week's games. With the exception of Southern Miss going over Louisiana, and Georgia State going over ODU, it was a pretty straightforward week in the Sun Belt conference. Most of you didn't get any help from the Bonus games, though, with over half the field getting at least 2 of those games wrong. Good week for most of you to kick back, drink some beers, and watch your points roll in!

Biggest Rise this week belongs to coastalalum, who went up 6 spots in the standings from 13th to 7th place. Biggest Fall belongs to crusadecat, who fell 6 spots from 21st to 27th after only scoring 3 points in Week 09. I'd also like to give a few special shout-outs this week - first, to our current frontrunner, bodoyle, for being the only player to get all 5 Sun Belt games correct. Next, to Cnelson203 and CCU12 for being the only two players to call Kansas State's huge upset over Oklahoma State!
