Most UofL fans would agree. I personally liked the uni's from the Charlie Strong era.

Clearly, I have evolved into "Get the hell off my lawn!!" guy.

I also wish we could bring these back, from the Petrino 1.0 era.

i never forgave adidas for some of the ridiculousness they used to dress us in for the NCAA tournament.

Personally after the stunt Adidas pulled a few years ago, I'm puzzled We are still with Them. Another thing that bugs me is when You go to most stores in Louisville that feature a line of Adidas shoes its almost a joke to find any Red and Black or red and white ones. Lots of blue and white, black or white ones . They definitely are missing the boat. Funny you can find red and Black Nike's

Was that the Dave Ragone era? I remember Louisville had yellow trim at some point in the early 2000’s? Or maybe I’m thinking of Iowa St.

I also remember Louisville handing Bunting his own ass.

No. It was the Lefors/Brohm era. The unis had the yellow trim for the 2003 season only.

Was that the 69-14 game?

Those were my favorites. Coach Schnellenberger actually took the Miami uniform at the time and changed the colors. Still my favorite uniform. Oh well..

The kids like the new type uniforms with the different colors. Some kids actually choose a school because of the uniforms or at least make the uniforms part of their decision.

Those were my favorites. Coach Schnellenberger actually took the Miami uniform at the time and changed the colors. Still my favorite uniform. Oh well..

Interesting!

I would keep the helmets and get rid of everything else. The gray doesn’t work. The older uniforms with the red helmets together would look better I think.
