They have their Basketball Tourney in the Cowboys IPF with a curtain to separate the games being played at the same time. 03-lmfao

Just wait until the baseball tournament is held at the arena in Shreveport; that’ll complete the cycle

There is no common flow to anything they ever do. It's so strange.

I guess it's just a visualization of why they are in their current situation and why there was such a mass exodus from the conference.

I've also noticed there is absolutely zero media days talk going on across the street.

What is even stranger, or maybe it’s just a affirmation of that, is up to now there has zero discussion on the coosa board about their media days. Wow.

Looks like MAC is putting on a great event at HoB in Cleveland.... Given the frequent scheduling and bowl tie-ins with them, will be rooting for them OOC (less vs SBC)

Lol….still not one word on that other board. Either no one is listening/watching it, or they’re not interested enough to post anything yet.

That entire conference is on life support. They're strapped for cash. They are essentially an FCS conference. These are the CFB tiers now:

Tier 1 - P5
Tier 2 - AAC/SBC/MWC
Tier 3 - MAC
---
Tier 4 - CUSA/FCS
Tier 5 - everything else.

This board has certainly been rocking along since the new guys showed up. It's always been one of the more high traffic boards here, but it's been really solid as of late. It's great that everyone here seems to care about the conference as a whole.

Am I miscounting 10 helmets for 11 teams? Maybe FIU can't afford helmets this year or Miss St cut off the welfare equipment runs to them.

Oh FAU is missing? I can never tell between the F_Us anyway.

And if they switched sides with NT and MTSU then they'd have staying and leaving in 2 groups. Why do 4 out of 5 on each side? You either separate them or you go every other one for solidarity in the face of adversity. You don't 4 out of 5 the two groups and leave one out.

I'd argue that the Missouri Valley, even as an FCS conference, is actually better than the new CUSA.

In fairness, six of the current 11 members probably see this as a lame duck year and would rather be with their new playmates. La Tech is down. FIU is FIU. If Liberty and Jax St were in this year there’d be more activity, although probably nowhere near as much as here.

Hilarious!

Even the CAA was better than this for media day. This setup might be acceptable for an after game interview at SHSU. 03-lmfao

And they wonder why the Athletic doesn't want to attend.
