That's a lot of student fees. What are the pros and cons of this? Curious if GS should up their student fees or not.

Just Missed Uva gets a lot of rich DC area kids with college funds. George Mason U gets the ones with less money who have to stay home and commute 05-stirthepot

Those numbers were probably low FOR ALL as it was the covid restrictions attendance year.

Our number is consistent with the numbers we were getting on the USA Today before covid, but I'm pretty sure you're going to get different methodologies in different publications.

We are not allowed per state law. There’s a 60% cap that we have to stay under.

If you're alluding to the GA BoR offering $40mil toward our new $90mil basketball arena, only an idiot would refuse. When the state offers any amount of money, accept the money ASAP or it's gone forever to the next project in some another in-state school. You literally USE IT OR LOSE IT.

Your "haHa ThAnK YoU TaXpAyEr" only tells your ignorance about how BoR operates. That money was already budgeted to be spent somewhere in some way. If not toward the GSU Convocation Center, then perhaps a new research wing for Georgia Tech or the new poli-sci building for UGA. Better yet, you want me list all the buildings on Georgia Southern's campus funded by BoR? Sit down, you come off a giant hypocrite.

btw, TBD always gonna TBD, cherrypicking to cherrypick. Why leave out the other half of your comment? Finish that train of thought. Why not give credit by saying, "thank you GSU Foundation, corporate sponsors, and private donations for purchasing a football stadium, football practice facilities, suite upgrades, paying the other half of the new basketball arena, a cool new soccer facility, and new baseball stadium coming soon!"
