It seems they think JMU will have some success. That's good we don't need a sad sack. It also seems to fall in line with the thoughts in here. I just hope stAte has their way with them and any wins they have are ones stAte needs them to get. Yeah we aren't above using you. Seriously ...glad to have yall.

I think JMU is ready for the challenge. Enjoyed the write up even though I am biased for JMU

App State, Marshall and Coastal Carolina will be a great litmus test for JMU. And it doesn’t get much easier with the rest of the Sun Belt teams on the schedule.

WELCOME TO THE SBC :)

I plan on going to the App JMU game, so see you at the rock.

One of us is going to be at the bottom. Just hope it ain't us. We have the best home schedule in conference of any team in the league. But we have both Virginias, GaSo, and Troy on the road. Any one of them is a toss up on the road in a new conference. And the favorable home schedule is still a gauntlet of the best the SBC has to offer. There is not a bad team in the East, unless GaSo totally missed on their new hire, which I doubt. Might be some first year growing pains for them, like there was for us last year. There is no easy win in this league. And I'm sure I'm not the only one sweating it.

RE: 2022 CFN SBC Preview: James Madison
I tend to set the bar low for expectations, but I am hoping for 5 or 6 wins this year, and am cautiously optimistic for more. Obviously rooting for 11-0 as a fan, but obviously that's a dream. I don't expect JMU to fall on its face moving up, and the coaching staff has been aggressive in using the transfer portal and recruiting against "bigger" schools the last few years. Early success would help put the name out there and keep the train moving along!

Only 30 more days until we join the SBC. Football and baseball fields already have the logos on the field and the basketball court should be arrived and ready to install as well. As Bart Scott so famously said (grunted?), "CAN'T WAIT!"

Leaving Appy on the side, as long as you take out MT, you're good in my book!

JMU is a funny situation, they could go 12-0 and still suck.
