First lawsuit against Atlas Air has been filed

The lawsuit against Atlas Air was filed in federal court in the Southern District of Florida, with over 100 plaintiffs pursuing litigation.

“Fundamentally, this case is about whether Americans should be required to choose between their livelihoods and being coerced into taking an experimental, dangerous medical treatment,” reads the lawsuit.

Plaintiffs are mostly unvaccinated pilots, flight attendants, as well as other Atlas staff.

“It is also about the safety of America’s airline industry. Should pilots—under federal regulation required to be among the healthiest workers in the United States—who have taken an experimental ‘vaccine’ that is now shown to have potentially deadly, long-term side effects, be allowed to fly massive aircraft in our skies? While those who have (smartly) refrained from such a course be forced out of their jobs?” it states.

And the reason we’re doing it that way is because so many people have been harmed and people have experienced different levels of harm. We have the unvaccinated who have been harassed, threatened, and intimidated into getting vaccinated. Then we have many people as well who got vaccinated against their will, who were coerced and forced into doing it under threat of losing their employment,” Yoder said.

“And then, in addition, we have the vaccine-injured, and the numbers of vaccine-injured are growing by the day,” Yoder went on, “It’s just incredible what’s happening with pilots.”

Pilots have to maintain a flight physical in order to maintain their licenses.

Trying to prove heart disease in older males (mostly) is going to be a high burden of proof on the vaccine injury front.

Mr Exedrin, there is a difference btw 'heart disease' and the type of vaccine injuries that have been shown. Myocarditis and Periocarditis are not the same as regular heart disease. Besides, there are many other vaccine injuries that have shown up all over the world.

It will be interesting to see how these lawsuits play out.

once again you miss the point. it could have caused no damage. if your employer forces you to cram a baseball bat up your arse you might not be able to prove damage. maybe you think thats ok.

If you have no bodily autonomy, you have NO FREEDOM. Period.

Nobody should be forced to accept an experimental shot against their will. Nobody should have to choose btw a shot or their job/career.
