Two other trolls here. The other number showing is 29. Pitt was a 28.5 point dog in that game. It was also the 100th edition of the backyard brawl.

Pitt opens against West Virginia.
The worst loss in WVU history was the 2007 loss to Pitt at home 13-9. It ended WVU's hopes for a national title, they were ranked #2 and that was the final game of the season.
Pitt was a 28.5 point underdog in the game.

For the record this has to be a photoshop job, #13 is retired for Pitt (Dan Marino)
