Although not really near Route 66, NMSU could use that song. Maybe the them from the X-Files as Roswell is also in the state. But I think that a Mariachi song might serve the team best. Hello Again from Neil Diamond could with with the former Sun Belt teams from when NMSU was there.

In UTEPs case it could be "I can see clearly now the rain is gone" or whatever the actual title is. At least we're seeing improvement in all sports. Notably more in football not so much in basketball yet, Enemas U still kicks our butts. Dang if I know how they manage to bring such talent every year to that rinky dink town of theirs even though their coaches don't stay long. Apparently, the don't have the Chicago Cubs syndrome or curse. It seems that UTEP built the Sun Bowl over an old indian burial ground. *sigh*

It’s been fun CUSA, I’ve enjoyed getting to know y’all as posters and your schools. I’ve been an outspoken advocate for a split but it’s not because I didn’t think each school had something to offer.
