What if the real racists, realizing they can’t use the same old tactics, decided to use policies wrapped around language like anti-racism, anti-white supremacy, equity, fairness…etc to achieve their racist agenda?

That's exactly what it is. They want them to be completely demoralized and convinced that they cannot achieve anything in life on their own. Therefore they must have standards lowered and/or handouts to make up the difference. The left are the gatekeepers for both forms of "help".
