Yes, or in other words, the current CUSA schools minus the SB3 will make up CUSA in 2022 (starting July 1, 2022).

It was the FAU guy you're referring to or someone else that said the SBC3 could pay at least 30 million for breach of contract. If the amounts got out of hand, I'm sure it would have went to court. I heard the SBC3 paid 2-3 million a piece and that is what they offered to pay for the exit. CUSA made a lot of threats and couldn't provide documentation when the courts asked for it. The whole thing was in SBC3's favor which is why they knew they could bail with minimal consequences. CUSA took an L and asked everyone to not say anything. If the SBC3 paid a significant amount like everyone claims, this wouldn't ended so quickly like it did. The SBC3 said "we're leaving. Try and stop us!" CUSA couldn't.

Everyone seems to be patting themselves in the back for money they'll never touch. If it was a dollar or a million or 10 million has no bearing in our lives. Thankfully this will all be over in the next few weeks.
