Am here in San Antonio. Game is at AT&T Center where the Spurs play and it actually holds around 19K. Tons of Coogs fans Thursday and will be more today.

I have once again bet a token amount of money on the Houston Cougars. Go Houston!

I hope Taze gets to show out today since he didn’t get to due to fouls vs Arizona. He’s still a hidden gem nationally but if people had seen some of the plays he’s made for us this year he would be getting a lot of stories. If he played for Kansas he’d be a national story

Every time we've made the E8 or further we've lost to the eventual national champions. Right now it looks like thats happening again.

Not a good start at all. Nova is not at all bothered by us. They’re composed and just playing their offense meanwhile our shots aren’t falling

Ya I honestly think this game is already over. Villanova is straight up dominating us.

Not really a choke when we're the 5 seed and they're the 2 seed. Jay Wright has won two national titles for a reason. He's the best in the game.

houston plays their best at after the 2nd half and we are only down 7 so there is hope.

other than that we have the shots but nothing going down...just seems like it's one of those days and you can't do much about that.

Good lord dude we’re in the elite 8 down our two best players… we beat both the pac 12 and b1G champions on the national stage. Choking would have been losing the first round and even if we did it still would be a damn good season winning the conference.

Houston shot 13% on jump shots during the first half and was held to .69 ppp. .69 ppp would be the worst offensive game in sampson's tenure at Houston.

Have to think these things get turned around.

Honestly we're fortunate to be down by 7. If the shots aren't going to start falling our only hope is to up our intensity and try to wear them down with our physicality.
