We were highly ranked/rated early in the season and we kinda- sorta got back to that point.

7 in the bracket with the overall #1 puts us as 36 overall ranking..but it is what it is. From a tourney perspective we would have been better off to lose to SMU and been a 10-11 seed, but i was really hoping to beat Houston again and be a 7.

first things first - we are in the dance again... and that's nice. let's beat Boise, and go from there. i'd hate to make the dance and not at least scratch.

If we can overwhelm Gonzaga's guards and force turnovers I think we can with that game going away.

I think we will struggle mightily to stop them from scoring the the 1/2 court.

Very true. We would be better off with any of the 10 seeds.

Unfortunately, because we played on Sunday, beating Houston would not have changed our seeding.

Selection Committee Chair said they had 10 bracket scenarios ready to cover all games played on Sunday.
Beating Houston would have had an impact - even if it was as simple as flipping our and Boise's seeds.
