Equality and equity are two different things. Equality means means each is given the same resources and opportunities, while equity allocates the resources to reach an equal outcome.

Ever since Build Back Better did a crash-and-burn in the Senate, it’s supporters have tried to find way to get as much of it as possible, using different names. This is just one example.
