Can't say that. But one good sign is that he has liked and even retweeted several Buc fans encouraging him to come here.

Verbal Commits/Twitter reporting Bell just received an offer from West Virginia

It looks as if former Gate City's 6'5'' standout Zach Ervin has entered the transfer portal. Initially, he signed with Elon.

I know this is ETSU’s transfers, but Neftali Alvarez is transferring out of Mercer for his final year. A lot of pressure is gonna be on Coach Gary as he enters his 4th season and has already lost his star PG. His win/loss in the SoCon has been worse every year he’s coached so far. I feel like he’s gonna need some magic in recruiting a couple transfers or this could get ugly.

I’m sure Alvarez has sights on a major program, he’d be a solid addition for just about anyone. Especially if he’s ok coming off the bench for a major.

He is looking to go bigger, not transfer down in the same conference.

That's why I said ''wish.'' He's just the type of player I'd like to see transfer in, but hopefully we'll see Yasser embrace that role. Brown, being a grad student, along with a SoCon All-Academic, he may be looking at schools where an MBA will pay more in dividends than an overseas basketball career. I could be wrong since I am 95% of the time.

Not that this is at all determinative...............but Brown has already expressed an interest in Wake, saying it's his "home town school", and being impressed with the turnaround Forbes has engineered. Have no idea if there's interest the other direction or not.

Farah spotted today walking around a business establishment with a guy, not on our roster, who appeared to be about 6'10"-6'11" or so. Didn't look like a wide-body type like Bell is. May be nothing, and if it's someone doing a visit............why would Farah be the one showing him around? May have been just some other hoopster friend.

Yes nothing wrong with offering good players a spot right here. We have several openings and transfers have done very well here so who knows? Maybe we can get him. We will need more than one big anyway.

I know we aren't getting him and I doubt Oliver has even
thought about it since it would be waste of time. Pick good targets
like Bell, he seems interested, focus on that and hope Bell and
the others you do get work out/contribute.
