With this game not affecting our standing, I hope we play a lot of bench players.

I’m not holding my breath though.

Set a tone and beat them down. We are also playing for an NCAA seeding. WIN!!!

It would be nice if they started calling Jr for all his traveling and offensive fouls.

It's March baby. Put up or shut up time. I'm done with the negativity, and ready to see this team live up to its potential. We've been so close at so many different points in the season. I'd love to see this team assert itself as the best in CUSA and carry that into the Big Dance with a win or two or three. LFG!

I don't think I've ever seen a player allowed to travel so much outside of an NBA game. It was effing ridiculous.

I think we've been approaching defending Lofton the wrong way. Take him to Saw's tonight, keep his plate filled with bbq, mac n' cheese and banana pudding, then just play 5v4 as he drags his butt up and down the court tommorow.

NIT is out of the question unless we are playing for the title on selection Sunday

Really. The two NIT bracketology sites both have UAB solidly in the NIT field. One as a 3-seed, the other as a 4.

I am hearing we would be in the NIT if we stumble in Frisco. Let's just win Frisco and not have to think about it.

The only way I see us missing the NIT is losing in our first game in Frisco, which with this team is a distinct and very realistic possibility.. but we should be in.

So what’s happened with Leblanc and his sore triceps knee virus that’s keeping him away from the team for weeks on end? Will we ever see him again in green and gold?

He is scheduled to emerge Tuesday from his month in the cryogenic egg and should be better than ever.

AD is here in street clothes. Still no sign of LeBlanc. Does UAB run a leprosy colony? If so, maybe he’s there.

For those interested parties that reside outside of Birmingham, is the video coverage of this game being broadcast? Looks like the only CUSA game not on ESPN+

I’ll get blasted for this but jelly has been bad since his hot stretch in the beginning to middle of the conference season. Bad shots, bad passes, turns the ball over, poor decision making, pressing, playing out of control, inefficient…

Still our best player by far though lol
