Well to get Moldova or is that Mulva (I know it rhymes with something good) out of their GOR the old USSR has to lose enough members to dissolve or the exit fees will be killer. So I know it's premature but the SEC is picking up Russia and Belarus and will iron out a European Division with Germany, Poland, France and England. The natural rivalries will be fierce and will get at least a 16 share.
