Will it happen?

I am getting close to refusing to watch the NBA, the NBA can burn in hell for all I care but a father/son combo on a tea is just...I don't know

I agree totally!

I quit watching the NBA years ago. Have no interest in it anymore. They went overboard and started pushing political objectives which turned me off. I do love watching the college game though.

Speaking of politics in sports, what will happen to the Michigan coach that decided to punch a coach from the opposing team for calling a timeout this weekend

Fired is the only option. Anything else is Michigan and the BIG making a mockery out of accountability

The league will see which G5 team is struggling and give them a huge penalty that will continue to hamper them and enact a small fine and two game suspension for Michigan

I feel like most people who have or threaten to stop watching the NBA don't really watch it to begin with lol. Or at least haven't since Jordan. I dont watch it regularly but I do enjoy it overall. Especially the playoffs. I think it would be wild to see Lebron and Bronny play together.

Heck we were very close to seeing a father son NFL duo. Well not on the same team but just a few years off of potentially being in the league at the same time. Actually I guess it remains to be seen if FGjr is actually NFL material but its still cool to imagine

I can count on one hand how many games I’ve watched since college

I think you are onto something. The league has to recognize who they're "losing" and seems perfectly comfortable with that calculated risk. It's still about $$$.

I also think it'd be great to see a father-son combo on the hardwood. The Griffeys are the only such pair I can think of in any sport...are there more? If you count managing, I guess you have the Alomars, Ripkens, maybe some others...

This is NCAA Basketball, only the small programs face any real punishment. That being said, my condolences to Oakland University for their upcoming probation.

I didn't need politics to quit on the NBA. I quit well before then. The product isn't good. I just lost interest in watching 8 guys as they watch one-on-one basketball.

And don't get me started about the non-enforcement of traveling. I've seen players pick up the dribble at mid court and continue to the rim.

This whining is gives me a good little belly laugh.

Count me in the who cares category.

That's what drove me away as well.

There's a small chance that it could happen but A LOT has to go right. Bronny has to be drafted in 2024 as a 1 and done, and LeBron would have to be signed by the team that drafts him. Secondly Bronny has to be drafted high enough to make an NBA roster.
