WKU (17-8, 10-4) travels to Norfolk to play the Lady Monarchs (19-6, 9-4) in a 2 PM contest at the TED. WKU lost their last game this past Thursday at Charlotte 89-43 while ODU suffered a surprising home loss to Marshall 64-48. The two teams played just 2 weeks earlier with WKU winning 71-57 at home. Western jumped out to a large lead in the first half with ODU storming back in the 3rd quarter, but again falling behind in the 4th for the loss. Hopefully ODU can get some revenge at home.

Expected starters for WKU are -

5'-11" S Abdelgawad, 19.9 points
5'-10" F Blevins, 7.7 points
5'-5" F Mead, 10.7 points
5'-5" Soph Sivori, 7.2 points
6'-0" F Foster, 5.4 points

Another possible starter is -
5'-11" F Meredith, 12.7 points

She will not. She had major surgery on her knee, with a recovery of 4-6 months. Spoke with her briefly at recent ODU breakfast. If she desires to play next year, she would have to apply for wavier from NCAA. Approval would be in that group’s hands.
