CUSA Softball 2022
In addition to the flurry of news today about the SBC3, softball season has begun!

North Texas opened the season in the McNeese State Tournament.

Tulsa 3

Game 2
North Texas 6
Texas Southern 0

UNT plays Louisiana and Texas Southern (again) tomorrow.

Liberty got off to a rough 0-5 start against 3 ranked teams (they always seem to start slow every year). Turned it around today beating Maryland 9-0 and then beat FAU 13-0. Then beat Ohio State 3-2 and Hofstra 6-4 Saturday, so now 4-5.

UNT took down Nevada and ACU today.

The Mean Green will play at Texas on Wednsday, before hosting the North Texas Invitational (against Yale, Creighton, & South Dakota State) next weekend.

Charlotte beat #22 yesterday 6-1. Over the next 17 days we will play #s 15, 25, 8 and 14. I guess Coach Chastain likes a challenge.
