JMU @ Hofstra

If I assume your numbers are correct......that’s fascinating on Falden and I have absolutely no idea how to process that information. I have looked at guys that put up points before and thought they hurt the team overall. I don’t see that with Chuck.
I would have sworn we had a few fast break points....but maybe they were put-backs.

Gotta admit this JMU team competes and it’s games are interesting. Obviously not the results any of us wanted. Don’t understand putting the Freshman on Estrada in OT, but a tip of the hat to that guy. He lit us up.

I'm seeing the same thing you are on that front
100% - do Suhle and Amadi have bad hands or are they just not accustomed to playing with Nacho and are caught by surprise?
Sule probably fumbled away 8 points yesterday

I'm assuming young players that are still adjusting to college game. I hope it's just a "speed of the game" issue that gets fixed with more experience. Court awareness increases mixed with the coaches putting the guys through a ton of hours in hands drills at practice

I didn’t see anything atrocious today. The refs looked like typical CAA refs. Not the greatest in their profession, but they didn’t determine the outcome today.
Yeah, I don’t know if the refs would turn on JMU just because we’re leaving the conference. Most of these guys ref games at all levels in multiple conferences in their area and are just doing a job. They don’t care about the outcome. A friend of mine refs high school and ODAC, and it’s supplemental income and nothing more.

There are times where it looks like they do need to improve their hands in general(and finishing in close), but there are also times where it looks like they just weren't ready for the kind of passes those guys can make. I think the latter will keep getting better as they play more together, and hopefully they can cut down on the butterfinger moments and blown finishes too.
