Tulsa is about an 8-point favorite in this battle of 6-6 teams. one from CUSA, one from the AAC.

CUSA is off to a pretty good start in their bowl season, while I believe this is the first AAC team up to bat.

Tulsa is one of those teams that look great being competitive against Oklahoma State, Ohio State (for about 50 minutes of the game), and Cincinnati; but then turn around and lose to UC Davis and get blown out 45-10 to Houston. I really don’t know what we’ll get from week to week.
