Ya, it seems very strange. I do not expect some lengthy full disclosure dissertation from him. But some sort of statement to address the situation certainly seems appropriate.

Players have been tweeting. Players and staff were hanging out around the busses giving informal statements. No Penny to be seen.

NFL postponed three this weekend, NBA three just today and NHL seriously considering a season pause.

Yes, people provide opinions & people provide feedback. If you dont want the feedback, dont post. We had 2 players test positive hours before tipoff. All these players and staff have been together, EVERYONE is now potentially a carrier. The irresponsible thing would have been to not even test the person feeling bad (everybody passed 48 hrs prior, so you’re covered, right?). Just say screw it, we need this game, let’s play - potentially passing it on to UT pkayers/staff, referees, etc. Just IMAGINE it is had played out that way. Just imagine what Krotchvillians would say if we made them miss their next 3 games & it came out that we’d ignored the fact that we had a player not feeling well before the game. THINK!
