The big news was that Haener exited the transfer portal, will stay at Fresno, and played in the bowl game.

With our mostly bad football history many UTEP fans are conditioned to hope for the best but expect the worst. Too many years of futility. So I was also impressed that the Miners played as well as they did vs a better team in Fresno St.

And UTEP received a lot of pub for the fake qb sneak and td pass to the te.
