All NIU fans are invited to THE REAL HUSKIE TAILGATE!

Location: The Callahan Lot, 521 W. Central Blvd, 1 1/2 blocks east of Exploria. We'll have several vehicles together, look for NIU flags flying proudly! We'll have a Canopy and a few chairs.

Time: The Lot opens at 2:00 PM. Food will be served starting at 3:30 PM.

Menu: Q from 4 Rivers Smokehouse. Meats will be Angus Brisket, Pulled Pork and Smoked Chicken. Various sides will also be provided. Bring your own drinks! We will have coolers, although space will be limited.

Price: $20 per person

RSVP: We want to have plenty of food for everyone. Please RSVP by 9:00 AM Monday, Dec. 13th in this thread or PM me.

Unless anything is changed I believe there is enough food for those who RSVP'd and about 3-5 more people now that there are a few other stragglers coming too. I belive Huskiebob is probably on the road right now on his way to the tailgate lot.

Huskiebob, thanks for setting up the tailgate and catered food. Really appreciate you and all the folks who did this for Huskie fans to enjoy.

I also enjoyed just walking around the tailgate lot and introducing myself to random Huskie fans. We have a lot of them that live in Florida.

I even saw an old college roommate I hadn't seen since we were at NIU together.

We are off to Universal Studios now...
