Well NBA tops them all. There were a couple who had personal vendettas against the Rockets and would regularly call technicals on the Rockets, especially Olajuwon (name one other star who would get more than one technical in a decade).
This is OT here, but...
The NBA officials' issue with technical foul calls is that star players are singled out often by a few officials who are on a power trip and want to put stars in their place. Anthony Davis of the Lakers was given two T's and ejected the other day for shouting at a ref when the ref resumed play quickly after a dead ball while Davis was putting his shoe back on.
This is a graphic of the top 10 players who have received the most T's all-time through the end of last season. 8 of the top 10 are either in the Hall of Fame or will be. (BTW, Olajuwon is not in the top 20.)

Garnett was a major part of the Celtics for 6 seasons.

Westbrook and Howard (the only two active players on the list) are both currently playing for the Lakers.

Very recent. Almost all their career elsewhere. Westbrook was with the Rockets, but mostly with Oklahoma City. Dwight Howard was also with the Rockets, but spent the longest time in Orlando.
