THe people Rittenhouse shot can not be incorrectly called victims at trial, but by the adjectives that correctly describe them.

It's just semantics, but it's an accurate description that will hopefully act to clarify the events of that night.

Only if they were cowering in an office building they burned down to the ground while "just blowing off some steam" in the inner city after going to the "border fence" for a photo op with their expensive jewelry on before going in their expensive-@ssed dress to the French Laundry using a red logo stolen from someone else befofre shooting an unarmed cinematographer becuase they don't have any respect for guns or how to properly use or handle them...all while pretending a braenly stolen and ballot-stuffed "election" was fair while thouisands or hours of video, doctored ballots, the blessings of the Bush clan of RINOs and the anti-American communist propaganda that used to be called media, and numbers that don't add up correctly and never will say otherwise...shall we go on?

The prosecutor tried to argue that you couldnt call the perps "rioters, arsonists, and looters" when the prosecution had only seen evidence that they were arsonists. The judge replied basically with a GTFO and shut him down.

Finally, some sanity in the court system. A rational judge.
