We do not have a good team. The stadium is in a great part of town and 5 mins from campus. The attendance is definitely concerning since moving into the stadium. It almost seems like it’s gone down since moving from Legion.

They got ECU one of our final years in CUSA that took us out of the division race. They can be frustrating.

We don’t have a home side. UAB fans are scattered over the entire stadium. That’s going to give it a different look. But oh, well.

What do you mean you don’t have a home side? You absolutely do and it’s in the shade. Just accept the crowd was not great today, is what it is.

Tell that to my sunburn. At Legion Field UAB fans sat on one side of the stadium. That’s not the case at Protective Stadium. There is not a “home side” in Protective Stadium. There are UAB fans scattered throughout the stadium. I guess you can’t understand that concept.

By the way, the student sections looked quite full. Unfortunately many of them left at halftime.

Rice looked like the better team in every phase. Coaching, offense, defense, special teams. Congrats, Owls.

If you’re trying to say UAB is in the group that doesn’t have a home side you’re delusional. I was at the FAU game, you can post whatever you want I was there. I also watched today’s game. You have a home side.

If they'd just have let #12 play two or three more downs at QB, we could have won that game.

Sadly it’s true until attendance gets better…. Or IF it gets better is probably more accurate.

Big crowd in Birmingham for two AAC powers!

People really got salty after the announcements. I don't have any ill will towards any program and hope all of them do well, but whatever. I liked being in a conference with WKU

Salty is an understatement. We went from
Being praised and congratulated last Sunday for being ranked to most rooting against us tonight (pulling for La Tech). Whata difference a week makes. I too wish the best for the remaining CUSA teams and hope something somehow works works out for them.

I think you guys misunderstand. We all basically count as out of conference now. Of course any remaining team is going to root against you, especially if you're playing another remaining team. What would you expect

You're the enemy now

And I bet you're rooting for AAC teams to do well now, yes? You wouldn't have before. Not rocket science

The new stadium seems to be bad luck.
