Awesome thread title!!

Before we get TOO excited, let's find out what other punitive actions SW will take against those who stood their ground. Will they skyrocket their insurance rates? Will their pay get cut? Will they be given the worst shifts? It's definitely a good thing to see, but until companies quiet penalizing people who don't goose step and salute when told, there's still an issue.

That's one of those many punitive things I've seen happening, which is ridiculous on many levels. Those who are most at-risk for long term hospitalizations are the elderly and those in poorer health. The elderly typically have Medicare and those in poor health already cost the insurance companies more for care.
