You want good, you have to earn good. Candle took the money offered. That bad on so many levels was on the AD and I'm reading a lot of people here that jumped on me when I pointed out that mistake when it was made that now talk as if that was their thought all along.

Candle, the QB's are not bad people. By all accounts, they are great people. Any criticism of them should not be hatefull, treating them as if they stepped on your dog. But it has been. Extremely hateful.

Way too often, it's a lot easier to be a fan of the Rockets than it is to be a fan of a Rocket "fanbase" that doesn't go absolutely nuts when former undefeated teams are introduced, when successful coaches are introduced. The cranky azz complaining farts that sit around me and never cheer, I want to go get UofToledofans to punch them in the face. They're losers that have convinced themselves they're pragmatic.

Why do we do it? By that I mean drive hours to see a game, spent a lot of money (gas, food, parking, tickets to the game, lodging, etc.) and sit there on the edge of our seats waiting for the next blunder and/or penalty. BECAUSE WE ARE ROCKET FANS.. End of story. All of us will be there next week regardless. You all know we will. We all go through the trials and tribulations every year with this team, yet, we still show up. I'll be there next week and we all need to be there. I know, we are not happy campers and there are times when we absolutely love this team (Notre Dame) and hate this team (CMU NIU). No good will come from "fire Candle" chants. We all know that will not happen.

I drive from Hillsdale Michigan every home game. Usually go to the wmu, emu, ball State and always go to the BgSUCKS away games. I hate what has happened to this team. Very sad. So the only away game I’ll make this year will be the BgSUCKS game. And due to health reasons I won’t go to that one if the weather is bad.

Got home yesterday in time to watch a timeout, punt and three yard run to end out regulation - then the overtime. Fantastic timing.

As the Toledo kicker lined up for the tying FG I sat in my chair, shook my head and thought "no effin way is this gonna be good". Nice to have that kind of optimism and love for my team/school. smh.

I agree. I can't stand the fans that go to the games and don't cheer for this team. What's the point of showing up and being a part of the atmosphere?

I had some time to listen to Candles post game presser. One Q: who are these interviewers? Do the get extra pay for asking ridiculously make believe questions. One question on the offensive line seemed to link the sacs to DQ’s inexperience. Didn’t ask one question on how terrible we looked in the first half. About how there were no holes for Koback to run through. Why we don’t use some of these prize recruits if the guys in there are not playing well! Candle gave the appearance that he though we played a competitive game. Is he kidding or what. I watched some other games after I couldn’t watch the UT game anymore. What I saw Made it look like we were playing in slow motion during the entire game
