And even in that short time SBC has a better head to head and bowl win percentage over the MAC.

NIU made a big bowl back in the BCS days. I suspect that’s what they are referring to.

MAC has been quite bad recently but they’ve had a couple nice runs in the past 20 years.

But yea, MAC is better as a whole because of 1 undefeated team in 2015.

I'll say this, it won't take the SBC 70 years to get a team to play in a NY6 Bowl.

MAC only had one NY6 trip with WMU.

NIU went to an Orange Bowl. I think that was still under the BCS.

Yes!! - The Nike Ajax missile, if launched would land at the 50 yard line of Doyt Perry Stadium ( 22 miles south )..

I'd forgotten that rocket. Was in that stadium once.
