What’s the big deal of spinning the football on the ground after a TD? Why is that a 15-yard penalty?

I think he might’ve gotten away with the spin if he hadn’t also taunted the student section right behind the end zone.

that was my initial thought. spinning and running off probably would've been let go

When we played UGA, the punt returner did it every time he returned a punt. No flag.

Saturday I noticed he wasn't doing it against Vandy.
