Everything that happened since the lady took over had everything to do with those 2 things. Well other than that picture of her sitting in that toy jeep. That is something you dont live down unless you turn around and do something great to make it go away.

If you are the head of anything...you dont take that picture. Especially if you are female, it just makes you look weak.
