Which do you like best?

In general I like stripes on helmets and pants and the look like the classic NFL uniforms of the Colts, Packers, Raiders, etc., for example, where the helmets and pants are symmetrical. What I like the least is helmets being one color, jerseys another and pants a third different color. I also prefer seeing the names on the jerseys. Although over time I get accustomed to the regulars on our team and it doesn't matter whether their names are there, it always irks me when some visiting team comes in and doesn't have names on their jerseys.

Personally, I like green jerseys/white pants at home and the opposite on the road.

Didn't Tulane wear green jerseys and light blue pants sometime during the early '90s?

no but in the early 80's we wore white jerseys and pulled out some ugly blue (carolina style) pants for a couple of games. Have an image of Mike Mckay with those pants. I think they made a poster or it was on the media guide the next year since I was only 3-4

Ironically, the uniforms that the football team wore right before, with white helmets and white pants with green and blue stripes on both and with the green and blue "TU" on the helmets and dark green jerseys with blue and white stripes on the arms were the most distinctive ones that the football team has ever had IMHO.

the helmets worn during 81-83 (?) with the TU and also the wave coming over it were the worst helmets ever, even worse then when Mack Brown copied Tennessee's block "T"
