And the reason I brought up politics was because I had just heard one of our managers a woman from Venezuela who witness socialism and was around people who escaped communism in Cuba was almost in tears describing how she feels this country is falling into the same pattern.

Unfortunately, what you described is biblical whether or not you can see it. God blinds those who have given their selves over to the deviant ways of secularism. The Democratic Party is their religion and no one will serve two masters. Christ tells us when they can no longer withstand sound doctrine they will attack you personally. It is written and let me make this as clear as any bell they loathe Christians and biblical morals because it goes against everything they are preaching to their sheep.

I always hoped I’d pass from this world before our country collapsed into chaos. Now I’m not so sure. Things are deteriorating at a rapid pace whether or not we want to accept it.

I now believe that the Republican Party isn’t any better. They are on the same team as the Dems and are just paid off to be ‘necessary opposition’ or just in it to grift. There’s always a few decent ones in D.C. but not enough to turn the tide at the current moment.

Speaking of biblical truths; it’s amazing that 12 spies went out into the land of Canaan to spy out the area and they all saw and witness the same thing and yet 10 of them saw one thing and the other 2 , Joshua and Caleb saw (in faith) something completely different and wanted to immediately go up at once and take the land. Everyone here see and hear the same thing going on in this country and yet some have no problem whatsoever with what’s going on

Unfortunately, I am becoming ever more inclined to agree with you. I still see democrats as my enemies, and see republicans as basically asleep at the wheel. I want republicans to become the enemies of my enemies, but they seem unwilling or unable to become capable and credible enemies.

I am very careful to be absolutely neutral while in the work environment. It is 100% strictly business; never show any political leaning whatsoever (I presume that BOTH conservatives and liberals practice this). It is just better that way in the workplace.

Are there fellow conservatives there? No doubt. Any quite a few are on my PRIVATE text or email lists. But we never discuss any politics at all at work or on work emails, etc.

It is simply smarter and safer that way.

EDIT: dont take the below personally I'm talking about a group of people that you sound like you would fit in. In that group I'm sure views range across the board. But its still why the democrats were allowed to do what they did.

Being nice will never win that game and sometimes you need a ******* that said mean things to get the jib done. But when you have someone in that office trying to fight for what you say you believe.

I used to feel that way. I didn’t want any trouble. My attitude has changed drastically over the last year and a half. I don’t care who you are, friend, family, co-worker, boss, if you come at me with some leftish bullchit you’re going to get fk you’d. It’s past time for us to take a stand.

Dude, can you seriously tell me that you support the job this man has done so far? By any objective measure his term so far has been an abject failure.

As to what it says about the other guy is that people who consume nothing but news from sources like CNN, MSNBC, the NYT and WashPo are unable to think for themselves and are all too willing to let others form opinions for them.

You and I will likely ever agree on much of anything and that's OK I guess. But, when others support incompetence and outright evil there will never be enough common ground to make up for it. It may or may not be fair but I hold you and others like you who voted for that moron directly responsible for much of the insanity we are witnessing today.

This, I used those exact words in a conversation with my ex wife last night. The whole time we were married I had no idea she was voting democrat. She made some stupid comment about Trump yesterday and I went off on her, not because she opposed Trump but because she isn't savvy enough to have a nuanced political opinion, she simply parrots what the democrats say. When I asked her how she feels about the job Biden has done so far suddenly she didn't want to talk politics any longer.
