Disney responds that it's shameful not to consider the impacts of covid on the situation. Interesting how the SEC and Big 10 used the same false justification for only playing conference games last season.

I'm kinda halfway between, BW's release was postponed what, three times? It was a big damn deal when Wonder Woman 2 premiered on TV, and several of the big summer movies were released simultaneously on pay network and the movie theater. She's got a legit beef, I'd be willing to bet that none of the money paid to see it through Disney Plus reached her. Her contract didn't mention it because when she signed to make the film this idea was completely unheard of. So far as the contract is concerned, Disney is probably in the clear. Ethically, they should probably offer her the same percentage cut and she'd likely take it and go away.
That said, Disney is a rapacious corporation, and I'd be willing to wager that she's not going to see any more money out of this.

Meaning using secondary partner as a backdoor to circumvent rules and contracts to attain their goals(i.e. child ESPN, UT/OU, AAC/B12, & CFB realignment).

Sounds like one of those suits where both sides are right, and this is just a post-production renegotiation of the terms.

The movie business has used shady accounting to screw actors out of their profit points for generations. This just another way to do it.
