First Announcement for Basketball Season:

I'm assuming they have delayed going because of COVID-19. This week's Kentucky-Auburn game is also on CBS and unlike football ESPN usually only goes to ESPN/Disney games during basketball season (they have gone to women's games before)

Seems like "Gameday" goes to Lawrence, Kansas a lot. Seems like they should build a permanent studio there, LOL, along with ones at Duke and North Carolina.

OTOH, it seems like they never go to Big East places like Georgetown or Villanova. I know, Georgetown hasn't been good in a while, but Villanova has.

That's kind of what happens when you move away from ESPN. Hopefully Big East splits the package in a few years and gets back on ESPN some. Could then easily see a type of game like a few weeks from now when UConn plays at Nova day before the Super Bowl as the GameDay game. Pretty hard to do it now with the Nova game starting at Noon(kind of think Fox schedules like that so ESPN can't do it actually).

I'm guessing they go to Durham for Senior Day/Coach K's final home game as well.

My predictions the rest of the way:

Feb. 19: Oregon at Arizona
Feb. 26: Kansas at Baylor
March 5: North Carolina at Duke

Called it.

Oregon won at UCLA and USC, can they make it a trifecta on the road? Oregon's 5-1 in true road games and 10-4 at home. Maybe Arizona should ask for the game to be played in Eugene?

And a special women's edition on Sunday:

Tennessee's women's coach is pretty decent looking ... and probably more age appropriate for me than Paige Bueckers is. I'm guessing she's married though.

Imagine if I could pick basketball games as well as I could pick ESPN site locations:

Championship Week? The Big 12 looks like the best of the ESPN Saturday finals (this year FOX has the Pac-12 Championship Game).
