man I saw that score on Stattracker and had to take a double look. Rebels put up 2 in the bottom of the inning, went final though 12-3. I have no idea where that offensive output came from.

BEER??? Did someone say BEER? 04-drinky 04-drinky 04-drinky

Being that they played the Brewers, LR, I'm sure they could provide it. 03-lol

Just not a good day for us all around the board, LR. Sorry bout your Cards. Hey, how are my Cubbies doing, and my Rangers? I've got to start keeping up with it better. Normally I'm all over MLB, but I've got a lot of stuff going on right now. You know? What we talked about earlier....the first step was taken. 03-wink

man I hate the Brewers and everything they represent, well uh, except for the beer and bratwurst. That is Selig's team so I can't stand 'em, that and the fact they suck.

Cubs beat the tar out of the Reds, 11-1, Sosa with #501

Rangers are leading the Angels right now 5-4 bottom of 8th, Buck stay away from the closer, please.

Thanks for the updates, 64. With that homer of Sammy's, am I right in saying that is his 2nd of the year so far? And that is a pounding they put on the Red machine.

I'm jealous that you live so close to that beautiful ballpark. I've been there two times and I was just as amazed the second time as I was the first...unbelievable. 04-bow

Will do, and that is a very real possibility, too. My company's head office is in Dallas, and the two games I've been to were courtesy of them when they had me in town for meetings. I'm always going to Dallas for something, almost bi-monthly, for business.

Well, on the bright side for me, the Braves trailed the Expos 1-0 in the ninth inning, but a homer by Gary Sheffield tied things up, and a tenth inning dinger by Marcus Giles proved to be the game winner. Funny thing is, our winning pitcher's last name is Bong.

Apparently, he's pretty good on the mound, and is supposedly very good at the plate as well. They left him in to bat in the top of the tenth, knowing that Smoltzie was coming out to close the game. He got good wood on it, but flied out to right field...only because Vlad Guerrero made a hell of a running catch.

Thanks. Despite tonight for the Rebs, I feel like things are slowly getting back to being on the right track. We opened up a can on LSU on Friday, and really only lost the Saturday game because the error bug got us. We were playing well for most of the Saturday game, but once things fall apart for the Rebs, they don't tend to stop.

These next two weekends at home against Bammer and South Carolina are HUGE for us. If we can take care of business, we're right back in the thick of it.

Anyway, Go Braves!! Way to beat the Montreal Expos on their home field...in Puerto Rico.... ::shakes head::
