Yes. It is codifying the ability to stuff the ballot box into law.
If it passes and is signed into law it must be challenged to the SCOTUS.
The federal government is usurping the rights of State Legislatures.

Biden's EO about voting access and rights is equally bad law.

Only made possible by spineless ballless Georgians who were way too complacent about the rampant cheating in DeKalb, and Fulton and a few other counties in the state, and who didn't hold elected officials feet to the fire when they buckled to pressure from a fringe segment of a minority. Without the complicity of Georgia they could not have accessed the Senate, would have had a more difficult time brushing the rigged election allegations aside because of the electoral college votes in play and could have demanded more scrutiny. Georgia sold us all out! May they rot.
