This Houston game is unbelievable. I rarely complain about refs. This is just mind blowing..

Easily the worst we have encountered this year. Houston is going to lose in the NCAA first round because that whistle doesn't travel.

refs were bad, but we did ourselves in with missed dunks/layups and free throws.

Refs weren't great...

But we made a bunch of bad situational decisions with fouls.

Deandre's second foul in the first half he cant do that...Out of control flying into the paint.

Deandre's third foul...He cant try for that steal in the post.

The fourth foul was legit...He was battling and got caught...I'll take that all day...But I wish they would have called that on Houston more often as well.

This was a case of the American Athletic Conference protecting its most valuable media asset. Same thing happens in Rupp Arena every year.

Yep, that was a horrible call.

I like how he can catch the ball in the first picture. Turn and dribble once. The ball has already hit the court and gone back to his hands. And then the clock finally goes to 1.6. It may have ended up being good anyways I can’t measure that but they definitely spotted them a dribble.

We can point all day at the things we did wrong that would have changed the outcome....but we can point at all the things we did, in spite of the refs, to stay in the game too.

When the refs are obviously home cooking and it's noticeable from the beginning, it cast a pallor over everything.

FWIW, the team knows that in a fairly officiated game, we beat them fair and square by double digits at their place. IF the refs give us the same whistle, we would have beaten them by 20. Now we have our work cut out for us. We have beat both Houston and Wichita. Beating Houston and losing to Wichita probably won't be enough. We can beat both.

Gary Coleman screwed us big time with that 4th foul against Williams.. He knew exactly what he was doing.. piece of sh*t.

Did you guys notice how they sent the short man to the sidelines the last few minutes of the game once he completed the robbery???.. They did that to protect him.

I am not trying to excuse the bad FT shooting.. but they killed us with fouls the whole game.. They knew Houston couldn't win with Williams in the line up.. We were killing them in the second half in spite of all the BS fouls against us.
