There is no reason MSU or Duke should be in the tourney this year. Like I said earlier, I think unless we win the conference we don't make the big dance...not that we don't deserve to. How long does Penny get if he doesn't make next year ? I wish we could get a JC point guard to go with the frontcourt talent we have coming in. Nothing we have in the backcourt is the answer.

This should be the NCAA’s slogan...
Different Year - Same Teams

They are very subtle in how they give a lower back push to create space to get over the back rebounds. Happens with such regularity, it has to be taught....... and the refs never call it unless it's flagrant.

It is absolutely taught...

And it is taught well.

We need to teach it.

I wasn't able to watch the game. How much time was left when he inbounded the ball? No way he can take a couple of dribbles and shot it in less than 2 sec. Did Penny argue it?

He didn't dribble. He went under our defender, took a step and shot.

Sure looks like he took a dribble before the shot

i timed it at 1.2 secs with a video timer, from touch to release

I heard Coach Hardaway say that he had a bad feeling once Martin got the pass and turned to his strong hand. That sounds like LQ played his man the wrong way. The fact that Penny even mentioned that seems like they must have discussed it in the huddle.

Still, just a lucky as$ shot. What a terrible break for the Tigers.

The key here is that we know we can play with them and beat them.

This will work out better for us in the long run. I hope.

Ike is back from west Memphis, he had a great time, one black eye, 3 stitches and a slight limp due to
A heavy chick bouncing on IKE's leg unexpectedly. A fine evening for Ike, helped take the pain away
From LOSS and losing BIG MONEY
Ike broke one of his main rules, never bet money on information from Dudes on the street, Ike was snookered
From a utk Dude and bet 2 to 1 straight up.
UNBELIEVABLE
