Not disagreeing that one action could've changed a lot of the outcome, but he deserves a fair trial, which I doubt he'll get. The media and the general population convicted him without any regard for evidence. They need to look carefully at entire event, not just what the media has convicted him upon.

isnt there like a 9minute tape that shows the entire thing? that is plenty of evidence to me.

Daily Mail leaked a 1 hour body cam video. If the cop wanted to kill him he could have done that in 60 seconds, cutting off his air.

That is exactly how they are trained relative to suspected drug case where someone is acting all out of it and complaining about I can't breath.....you get them on the ground so they can't flail about and give themselves a heart attack.

Not to mention Floyd was a complete POS of a human being. Some of you will get pizzed at me saying that, but it's the truth. Lots of good people, including innocent children have died and they got no riots in their honor, no four funerals in their honor, no speeches, nothing.

I don't see how whether or not he was a POS is relevant in this case.

It's certainly NOT relevant in the criminal proceedings, I never said it was. Just making a statement.

That's one heck of a thing to say about someone who was murdered.

I'm sure the pregnant women that he held a gun to her belly and beat up while robbing her wouldn't argue with me.

And 'murdered' will be decided in a court of law, that's not for you to decide sock puppet.

You seem unnecessarily hostile.

What's going on?

I seems more like he was "suicided" than he was murdered. Hillary can explain what the difference is to you.

Ffloyd died in the captivity of these officers and they will take the hit regardless of the semantics and arguments in either direction. This case has nothing to do with guilt or innocence.

He could have been a level 1 child sex offender, convicted drug dealer, and 1st degree murderer all rolled into one..... He died in the MPDs custody .... and Chauvin will be taking the hit for it. Most likely he will be in solitary confinement for the rest of his life - and probably die under suspicious circumstances in there.

Look at #IV...Floyd tested positive for Covid? High on meth, fentanyl, thc, overweight, and had covid? Sounds like that's why he couldn't breath.

As a criminal lawyer, I predict a not guilty or maybe a lesser included for Chauvin. Use of force experts and medical evidence will destroy the media narrative. Not guilty for all the other officers involved. Reasonable doubt is an extremely high standard. Minneapolis and all Dem big cities burn in riots.

I've predicted all along an island retirement location and a fat bank account for Chauvin. That or suicided.

If history is an indicator of how these things turn out, Chauvin will likely walk.

Often times, emotion starts the process, but logic and the legal process takes over.
